For the Ubuntu GNOME Remix, we're trying to ship a nearly pure GNOME
experience on Ubuntu. This can also be useful for Ubuntu designers and
developers as they can simply run XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=GNOME gnome-
control-center so see the GNOME user interface.

It would be nice if the 60_ubuntu_nav_bar.patch would not apply to GNOME
sessions. Personally, I consider it bad UI to have a button (All
Settings) that does nothing when clicked when looking at the System
Settings overview.
