apport information

** Description changed:

  Ubuntu 12.10, 64-bit.

On reboot, I noticed a high load average around 3.0 although nothing was
taking up any meaningful CPU time.

Tracking it down, a modprobe had gone uninterruptable trying to load two
edac kernel modules, edac_core and i82975x_edac. Blacklisting these two
  modules solved it.

- The machine in question is a Dell Precision 390. It does not have ECC
- RAM and does not require edac.
