At this time of writing (2012-11-27) Graphviz 2.26.3 is featured in Quantal. This Graphviz version was released on 2010-01-26, almost 3 years ago!
Currently the most recent Graphviz release is 2.28.0, released on 2011-05-06. I had to upgrade because of a missing feature from the debs offered on the Graphviz homepage which was doable but painful due to the conflicts that I had to resolve.
