Public bug reported:

I have attached an EonStor iSCSI host to a server running Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
64bit, running with kernel 3.2.0-33. Therefore i am using multipath and 2
network devices.
Whenever i shutdown or reboot the server the kernel hangs:

 * Stopping multipath daemon multipathd [ OK ]

When i switch back to kernel 3.2.0-29 the reboot works, but still things
don't seem to be sane, as the network is disconnected before i am able
to unmount the filesystems fetched via iSCSI:
