I searched my pc for a scribus.desktop file and found it in /usr/share /app-install/desktop/scribus:scribus.desktop.
I copied it to ~/local/share/applications with this command `cp /usr/share/app-install/desktop/scribus:scribus.desktop ~/local/share/applications/scribus.desktop`.
