Public bug reported:
After renaming or deleting ~/.remmina folder, remmina does not save
profile files. When I press Save button, dialog closes and new profile
does not appear in remmina main window. After manual mkdir, saving a new
profile works again.
I think remmina should create configuration directory if it does not
exist.
