@Ivica: Running with the flags `acpi_sleep=s3_bios,s3_mode,old_ordering,nonvs,sci_force_enable pci=nocrs` for some time now, seems completely stable. I don't need the pci=nocrs hpet=disable. Have not checked yet which flags for acpi_sleep I need.
