Same problem only in the LAN interface after upgrading from 10.04 to 12.04 my Acer TravelMate 8572T (i3 x32). In 10.04 everything works fine, but now I access my LAN only if I put the cable directly in the laptop jack bypassing the docking. I try to boot from Precise live CD and i have the same problem.
