Public bug reported:

Currently, when I search some text using video lens, the Online scope:
1. returns lots of results in non-mine (Spanish?) language;
2. returns REALLY unknown, non-popular videos.
Moreover, youtube videos somehow displays in 'More suggestions' label with tag
'Free'.

Look at the attached screenshot. My system language is English, but
results in 'Online' scope are mostly displayed in other languages and
links to strange, non-popular websites. None of them links to youtube.
Instead of it, lots of videos in 'More suggestions' links to youtube.

Correct behavior:
1. Youtube, Vimeo & other video-hosting results should be included in 'Online'
section. It should be sorted by relevance and/or popularity (compare results at
my screenshot with http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=microsoft).
2. Results most of should be in user language.
