I downgraded the installed udev source packages to 175-0ubuntu15 & SDC is working fine again. (almost The python2.7 version writes at normal speeds (3 min), the new python3 writes slow, (20 min to complete) but not like with new udev as per screenshot
So I guess this report maybe premature as SDC is still in proposed, if so apologize.
