Public bug reported:

I have been using conditional formating for years in notation files, but
these files cannot be opened by LibreOffice anymore, since I upgraded to
12.10. When I try, LO crashes. It is opened without any problem by
Gnumeric.

These files (using conditional formating) are the only ones crashing LO,
and when I got them (from a friend) converted in XLS, conditional
formating is not working anymore: I have to define it again, and the
tool has changed (LO only accepted 3 conditions, it seems to accept more
nowadays). I therefore think it is the problem (but I may be wrong).

I attach one of these faulty files.
