Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 12.10, software-center 5.4.1.3

The end-user’s expectation of immediate satisfaction is not fulfilled by
the package sync featured in Software Center.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open and login to the Software Center on one or more machines (enabling
recommendations might be required?)
2. Open and login to the Software Center for the first time on another system
3. Quickly open File: Sync between computers…

Expected:
A list consisting of my other systems in the left sidebar. Possibly a load or
“fetching from the interclouds!” indicator.

Actual:
No system other than the current system. Go back a few minutes later and the
list is populated.

** Affects: software-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
