Jeremy, I could certainly open a new bug report. However, I cannot understand why this should be necessary, since I am experiencing exactly the same behaviour in Ubuntu 11.10 that the original poster seems to have been having in 10.10. When I run gnome sudoku from the command line instead of from the GUI, I get exactly the same error messages - something like:
WARNING: Not able to provide 1 puzzles in levels ['very hard'] WARNING: Generate more puzzles if you really need this many puzzles! WARNING: Repeating puzzle for difficulty very hard -- generate more puzzles to avoid this. It seems to me, therefore, that this is the same bug. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/666887 Title: suduko missing generate puzzles option To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-games/+bug/666887/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
