I haven't noticed this phenomenon yet. my Gmail IMAP account is shared via my iPhone, and my TouchPad (running Android). After Unsubscribing from the [Gmail]\Trash folder, TB is still using my custom "Deleted" folder when I delete a message. @Tim: I agree- this is annoying, but I'm hopeful my workaround is temporary, mind you I get the feeling that the current mode of operation of TB is considered "correct" :( You can always use the web interface to access Gmail's Trash. I never use Shift-Delete, and my iPhone is set to delete mail to trash, so I use it when I want to clear out messages I know I won't need. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/885525 Title: Deleting a Gmail Message Always Sends Item to [Gmail]/Trash To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/thunderbird/+bug/885525/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
