Public bug reported: During upgrade from Lucid LTS to Precise LTS. I ran out of inodes at some point in the installation and had to lvextend and resize2fs "/", but I think that was after this error; I installed this package by using "dpkg" to install/purge/deconfigure a few related packages before trying again.
