@jtaylor the problem here was that xine is missing by kdenlive, as it tells itself on very first start of it(see description), so the patch is exactly doing what it should do. It add xine to the dependency to allow kdenlive to do one of its standard functions. If xine is not installed automatically the standard function is broken.
