I tried running Weston today, in this process i became aware of the fact that
the "Atombios stuck" thing only happens if I switch *TO* an X.org screen (eg
from one tty-terminal or from my weston-display [:1])
So this bug has to have to be in X.org.

I even tried to stop lightdm (sudo service lightdm stop). After that [no
X-Server was running] I could continusly switch between Weston/Wayland
and all my tty-displays. Not even one "stuck" in the whole testing-time.
