To me it looks like almost none (I didn't check for too long) of our changes made it to Debian (mail-stack-delivery package, upstart support, Snakeoil SSL certs, autopkgtest, apport hook, updated depends/recommends, etc.)
Syncing means that the our changes in Ubuntu will be overwritten.
