I agree with Önder. I prefer that windows thumbnails appear with a mini- delay when the cursor is on the application's picture. We only have to move the mouse on the picture of the opened application to reveal each of his windows. Somewhat like Windows 7, I believe.
But this is just my opinion. Each user has his opinion.
