I have also noticed what i will call the scared window effect. Which I feel is somehow related to whatever is going on in this bug.
Reproduce procedure 1-2 from above. 3. Hold ALT + Left click on an application window. 4. Start moving mouse 5. Release left click. *** window minimizes like above *** 6. Release alt. 7. Left click icon in unity bar. 8.
