Public bug reported:

Stock Unity desktop of 13.04, gnome-tweak-tool doesn't start, dies with
error:

$ gnome-tweak-tool

configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated.

So it's impossible to set font size smaller in raring at the moment as
gnome 3.6 removed the feature from accessibility and tweak tool doesn't
work.
