Public bug reported:

"Incomplete Language Support

The language support files for your selected language seem to be
incomplete."

Warning message popped up soon after the installation of i386 netboot
initiated by

http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/precise-
proposed/main/installer-i386/20101020ubuntu136.9/images/netboot/mini.iso

Occurred during precise 12.4.2 testing. I am not really sure if this
should not occur but given the fact that this is a netboot installation
it may not.

Logs are attached.
