Public bug reported:

Ogre 1.8 has been released for a long time now (1.8.1 was released
September 2012, 1.8.0 since May 2012). It's be great if the 'ogre-dev'
package could provide the 1.8 headers, instead of the much older 1.7
headers. This would mean other packages that build against ogre are
actually useful for developers.
