When I try to upgrade packages, this bug message appears:

or status file could not be parsed or opened. <<
1) Release: 12.10 - 64bits
2) I don't get it the package version, because de Software Center does not open
it.
When I try to execute de command line apointed in the step 2, that appears the
same bug related ago.
3) I expect to the community can fix this bug, in a few months, or days
(if possible). This bug is related to the software center and then I
don't do to upgrade anything else. So, it's realy important to fix this.
4) I don't know what happens.
