Public bug reported:
The package's control file defines Provides: fortune-coookie-db. Note
the extra "o". The discrepancy with other fortune database packages is
seen here:
$ apt-cache show fortunes-min fortunes-off fortunes-spam|egrep
"Package|Provides"

Provides: fortune-cookie-db
Package: fortunes-off
Provides: fortune-cookie-db
Package: fortunes-spam
Provides: fortune-coookie-db
fortunes-spam is all alone in providing this virtual package:
$ apt-cache showpkg fortune-coookie-db
