Patch updated upstream to include docs and remove the Multi-Arch: header
for the package itself as a) it's covered in another bug
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=697820) and b) it was
in the wrong stanza.

** Description changed:

Equivs cannot currently make packages with the Multi-Arch header. This
  trival patch fixes that.

This header is important and should definitely be included in equivs-
generated packaged when desired. It is necessary in order to, for
example, make library packages for cross-toolchains where the toolchain
libraries are not fully multiarched (which is the state for current
  Ubuntu cross-toolchains).

- The patch also sets the Multi-Arch: foreign header for this packae so
+ The patch also sets the Multi-Arch: foreign header for this package so
that cross-architecture dependency resolution will work correctly.
