i've used the command u told me but it says that the patch command is already 
installed. the output of the command sudo apt-get install patch is: 
zen@HP-Compaq-6735s:~$ sudo apt-get install patch
[sudo] password for zen: 
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
patch is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

I attach the log file of apt-get install --reinstall bcmwl-kernel-source
made after the command above, even if i don't think is different than
the previous.
