I got my problem circumvented with disabling NCQ, so I don't know if my
problem is the same as the one reported.

/etc/default/grub
Code:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="libata.force=noncq"

Also connecting through Intel P55 s-ata 3 Gb/s worked, so I suppose my
problem is related to Marvell Technology Group Ltd. 88SE9123 PCIe SATA
6.0 Gb/s controller (rev 10)
