Actually, scratch what I said in #1, it still fails with this error
message in Raring. Likely distribute was pulled in as a dependency for
some other package when I tried it the first time.

Nicolas: This sounds like an unrelated issue which should be reported to
everpad. If you look at the last line of the stacktrace, you can see
that it fails to find py-oauth2 which should be added as a dependency so
that it is installed alongside the package in question.
