Ubuntu Raring 3.8.0-11 (and several previous versions of 3.8.0 kernel
for x86_64 SMP):
It is very difficult, and many times impossible, to make simple text
highlight and copy to report errors and bugs. My keyboard and mouse are
bluetooth via USB. When highlighting text, usually only when
highlighting over a single page in length, the highlighted text does not
remain highlighted long enough to perform the Cntrl-shift-c sequence --
I have succeeded a time or two when I was exceedingly fast but something
is not right.
