Like I said, processing the results from the GPU hang kills apport's GPU reporting module. Every time it tries to process the log files for packaging into a bug report, it dies. Then I get a bug report for apport itself to file--and I think I did, in fact. Unsurprisingly, like all (?) the other bug reports I've filed against Ubuntu in several years of using it: no response.
I'm getting very tired of being warned by Steam that I'm using an outdated Intel driver, and would I upgrade, please. I suppose I can just wait for Raring, but I'm trying to be helpful. And I'm a bit afraid that Raring won't be any better. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1153775 Title: [xorg-edgers] constant GPU hangs with recent xorg-video-intel To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/1153775/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
