In my computer, bumblebee started causing this problem. A suggested fix, given in https://github.com/Bumblebee- Project/Bumblebee/issues/205#issuecomment-8022153 did not solve the problem, and added a delay. However the "and stopped udevtrigger" seems to be working with a fresh bumblebee install (so, without delay).
