Setting up python3-gi (3.7.91.1-0ubuntu1) ...
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
dpkg: error processing python3-gi (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 139

The postinst just calls "py3compile -p python3-gi" and "ldconfig",
presumably the former crashes. Can you reproduce this somehow, e. g.
with "sudo apt-get install --reinstall python3-gi"? If so, there ought
to be a crash report in /var/crash/ for py3compile, which you should
submit instead. Without this, there is nothing that we can do to fix
this, as this crash does not happen anywhere else. Thank you!

** Package changed: pygobject (Ubuntu) => python3-defaults (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: python3-defaults (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid
