Steps to reproduce:
1) Open ccsm, 'Composite' category
2) Uncheck 'Detect Refresh Rate'
3) Set a custom refresh rate
4) Log out
5) Open ccsm and go back to 'Composite', note that the refresh rate has
defaulted back to 50
Running compiz version 0.9.9~daily13.03.08-0ubuntu1.
