I have absolutely no clue what could cause this. As you can see on http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?searchmode=filelist&word=ebox&version=gutsy&arch=all&page=3&number=50 /usr/share/perl5/EBox/Global.pm is indeed in the package.
