Hi Michael, Thanks for the info but I don't understand. The backup runs as root and shows me a GUI window while the backup is running, but are you saying there is something different about the GUI notification window at the end??? If this is the case, then couldn't you show some sort of a MSG in the GUI window to indicate success, with a pause of say 10 seconds so people can read it when it is running as root?
It seems a great shame that this nice tool be limited to backups of just 1 user's data when it actually seems to work fine when running as root, except for a success or failure notification.
