Can you also apply these two turbostat patches? The patches enable the
HSW support in turbostat which reports processor frequency and idle
statistics.

next-generation Intel(R) Microarchitecture, code named "Haswell" (HSW).
HSW supports the BCLK and counters found in SNB.
