Hi, please fix before Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail release.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Software Updater
2. Click to install updates.
Software Updater will download the updates. Then I receive following
message:
"Extracting templates from packages: 100%
Preconfiguring packages ..."
Software Updater fails to complete update and gets stuck at "Applying
changes".
Next time I got: "Not all updates can be installed"
