Public bug reported: I was running USB tests when it first happened, and then unity crashed (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1161916)
Then it happened again without unity crashing, and then again (unless it's all releated). I don't have a working camera at this time, but the screen turned into a series of horizontal lines, that would scroll up and down with the arrow keys (I'm assuming it was the webpage I was on) but wouldn't scroll with the mouse. The mouse pointer looked the same.
