After Installing nvidia-319 gnome-shell stops using onboard graphics card 
(Intel) and only works if started with optirun (nvidia) but it will crash after 
some time.
Purging nvidia-319 and rebooting fixes this and installing nvidia-313 doesn't 
disable Intel graphics.
