Hi Brian, I assume it launches it-self automatically when the crash happens and collects the information about my system and launches a browser to send the report to launchpad. That is the course which I have followed.
I tried the beta 2 version of Ubuntu, Xubuntu and Lubuntu 13.04. The same thing happens with all of them. The graphical installer crashes at the "Installing language packs" stage. The installation of beta 2 succeeded only with Lubuntu 13.04 beta 2 with alternate installer.
