I have a similar problem after upgrading to version 3.2.0.40. Everything on the machine got instable. screenshots of a zone on the screen would stall the system completely beyond recovery. Booting gives errors as in BAD LUN (..... and sometimes not even booting at all, with pitch black screen. NO terminal screens available nothing, completely dead.
