Joseph -- re Comment #9, this stack trace is seen in on the AWS Cloud Images. Per the kernel team's request, the default kernel for the Cloud Images is based on 3.2. Since the majority of our usage for the Cloud Images is on AWS, I think we have a compelling reason to at least heavily consider this change.
