Public bug reported:

I recently bought the Epson-WP-4530 and installed the Debian driver.
All worked very well until I decided to test the copying feature. It
copied OK but now will not print normal pages. It states: "Paper out or
paper jam". Neither are true. Also:"check paper size and load paper in
rear MP": I tried adding paper to rear but no luck. The print status
says "Out of paper" - but this is not true.

How do I reset the printer to clear the status?

I tried stopping and restarting CUPS.

Epson, naturally, says this is a driver problem so consult Ubuntu!
