I can confirm Dan Kegel's experience in comment #122 was the same as I had on my machine. Mounting a partition I would not be using with nautilus and answering no to the in the installer's prompt allowed me to continue. This definitely needs to be a blocker for 13.04, in my (admittedly novice) opinion.
