@Adolfo: adding my pointless comment to yours and the preceding one :-) I quite agree with you, but, I think such comments come from a lack of visibility of behind the scene efforts, or acknowledgement of a lack of resource, or regular feedback. That said, LO unity integration has been broken in Ubuntu since 12.04, but is getting better and better! I think we can all hope this will be fixed soon. To be a bit more constructive, I have searched for a tool to monitor menu events from the indicator-appmenu point of view, but did not find one... Does anyone know of a way to get appmenu events (ala upstart-monitor) ?
