Copying files from a windows box to a xbmcbuntu box or same box with straight Ubuntu 12.10 (dual boot) behaviour is that some files copy, then a file is created with 0 bytes and the process stalls. Cannot stop the file operation - pressing the red button results in it going grey but not going away.
Deleting the 0 byte file and recopying works for a few more files then it stalls again. Currently, it is only happening on starting a new file - that is, one or more files are copied, then it stalls. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1085394 Title: Can only copy a few files at a time over the network To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1085394/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
