I have just discovered an interesting thing: If I set in /etc/default/grub acpi_osi='' the volume keys doesn't work anymore, but fn+f8 works perfectly (monitor config changes shifts from dual monitor extended, cloned monitor and single laptop monitor) while fn+f7 works in both mode.
