I re-installed Ubuntu 13.04 on my Desktop. In the Ubuntu Software Center maven not appear as new software to install.
I Tried to install maven from prompt: #apt-get install maven2 The system was installed maven at version 2.2.1: # mavn -version Apache Maven 2.2.1 ... The current version for ubuntu is the 3.0.4.
