Similar symptoms in kmail 4.10.2 in Kubuntu 13.04. This is a fresh install of Kubuntu 13.04 64 bit. The duplicated emails are from a pop account, and filtered to different folders. Similar problem occurred with earlier versions of kmail, but it only ever made 1 copy. Sometimes, Kmail 4.10.2 has made 3 or 4 copies of an email. Many emails are handled correctly and are not duplicated.
